As design lead for the Ui experience and design system, I shape the vision and structure behind a driver focused digital dashboard, while staying close to the craft. I guide a team of Ui designers, define scalable patterns, and collaborate tightly with developers to ensure consistency, usability, and a polished end-to-end experience across a complex product ecosystem.

Over the past two years, I’ve worked on making a complex design system more structured, scalable, and user-friendly. Leading a team of iI designers, I focused on overseeing the rebuilding of components, improving documentation, and ensuring a smooth handover between design and development. Balancing flexibility with standardization was a constant challenge, but by working closely with the team, we created a system that supports both efficiency and great user experiences.

Leading a hybrid digital team of around 10 Ui designers, I’ve helped shape both the design process and team dynamics over the past two years. With designers spread across different locations, clear communication and collaboration have been key. I focus on guiding the team through complex design challenges, ensuring consistency, and fostering an environment where everyone can contribute and grow. It’s been a mix of strategic decision-making, hands-on design work, and supporting designers in their professional development.
