Inflight Entertainment

As a self initiated concept, I explored how the inflight entertainment interface could be redesigned to offer a more premium and enjoyable experience. The idea was to treat the screen not just as a functional tool, but as part of the journey—elevating it with a calmer visual tone, intuitive navigation, and a design that reflects the comfort and quality of the airline brand.

I focused on simplifying the structure and reducing cognitive load, replacing the often busy and dated UI with a softer visual language. Typography, layout, and spacing were carefully considered to create a more relaxed and elegant feel, even in economy class. Subtle motion and feedback added a layer of polish without overwhelming the user.

A Softer, More Refined Interface

Designed for the Journey

The concept explored how the inflight interface could adapt based on who’s logged in—offering tailored content, language, and settings. A child-friendly version might feature simplified navigation, games, and age-appropriate films, while an adult profile could highlight personalized recommendations, destination tips, or wellness content. The goal was to create a more relevant and seamless experience by using available passenger data to shape the interface dynamically.
